New owner, Sandy Testa is excited about her restaurant... and she should be! It's upscale-yet-casual and features the service standards of a bygone era, where guests are remembered by name and accommodation is both friendly and efficient. Always looking to please, Sandy and Chef Renee have created a tempting culinary lineup that goes on for pages. The varied menu features appetizers such as Spinach & Artichoke Dip, Sautéed Chicken Livers and Shrimp Cocktail - which, believe it or not, is cooked fresh everyday. Entrées, because they are made-to-order, can be customized guaranteeing a very personal dining experience. Creative offerings include Apple Jack Pork - boneless pork loin stuffed with apple dressing and finished with apple jack brandy cream - and, Louisiana Chicken - grilled Cajun chicken & shrimp topped with peppers, onions, mushrooms and melted jack cheese. All desserts are incredible. Try the Kahlua Truffle - brownies topped with pudding, drizzled with Kahlua and finished off with toffee pieces and whipped cream - which is nothing short of perfection.
