His menu, full of delicious selections, beckons diners to relax and enjoy in the Classic French tradition. In keeping with his high standards, menu features vary daily employing organic ingredients whenever possible. Scrumptious starters include Soupe a l’Oignon Gratinee, Saumon Fume (Smoked Salmon), plus Cuisses de Grenouille Provencale (Frog Legs). Choose from a variety of enticing seasonal entrées and fresh seafood dishes such as Bison Hanger Steak, Australian Rack of Lamb, Alaskan Wild Salmon and Hawaiian Fish.
